20hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Learn to Dive Deeply Inwards

FOR THOSE SEEKING PERSONAL PRACTICE AND/OR WANTING TO TEACH YIN YOGA…

Immerse yourself in the blissful practice of Yin Yoga, which will allow you to connect with your physical body on a deeper level. In this busy world, we often push our bodies into activities that do not honour or show respect towards the body. A regular Yin Yoga practice provides space to let your body lead the way into shapes that help release fascial traumas and restrictions, giving the body an opportunity to open up with a patient and loving approach. Together we will explore ways to release our physical bodies, and the restrictions created by physical and emotional traumas stored deep within our connective tissue. In this training, you will gain the tools needed to enhance your personal Yin Yoga practice as well as teach others.

What will I Learn?
