Ecstatic Dance with Katie, Steph & DJ Sammy C. 

Join Sam (DJ Sammy C), along with Steph and Katie, for a joyous celebration of the Winter Solstice through the liberating experience of Ecstatic Dance. Embrace the magic of the year’s darkest night and warmly welcome the gradual return of light as we come together in movement, breath, and uplifting music within a supportive and encouraging community atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to experience intuitive, unguided dance accompanied by live music, fostering an environment with no talking and a completely non-judgmental space. No prior experience is required—simply allow your body to move freely as you feel called. Should you need a moment for reflection or rest, you are welcome to take breaks in the cozy chill-out zone right next door. The evening will begin with a heartwarming cacao ceremony designed to help us set intentions for the journey ahead and will culminate in a deeply restorative sound bath that promotes relaxation and healing. Bring your heartfelt intention and an open spirit as we joyfully connect through the art of dance. It promises to be the most vibrant and exhilarating party of the year!

Elemental Balance Winter Solstice Flow & Nidra with Caitlin

Combine the strength and fluidity of a Vinyasa flow with the deep rest of Yoga Nidra in this unique practice. Begin with an all-level Vinyasa flow to awaken your body, breath, and senses. Transition into a Yoga Nidra session, guiding you through rest, relaxation, and a cozy savasana to peel back layers and connect with your true Self. Set clear intentions as you explore the physical, emotional, mental, intuitive, and joy-filled bodies. On the Saturday evening closest to the New Moon, join Stephanie DeBou and Stephanie Heartsong for a sound healing experience like no other. We'll move our bodies in a gentle, ease-filled, slow flow practice and then prepare our beds and bodies for deep rest. Supported by props, and wrapped up in cozy blankets, we will immerse our senses in the soothing sounds of Heartsong Medicine. Enjoy an extra long Savasana, enveloped by tranquil sounds of chimes, quartz bowls, song and more, as we welcome the New Moon energy of renewal, beginnings, and possibility. Martha Marathon with Martha Shea

Join Martha for a full body, mind, and soul reset just in time for the New Year! 6 Week Meditation Course with Steph

This course is designed for the full spectrum: beginners, experienced, and those looking to establish a consistent meditation practice.
Over the six weeks, we’ll explore themes such as grounding, focusing, sensing, listening, resting, and loving-kindness. Each session includes 1-3 guided meditations (10-20 minutes each) tailored to the weekly theme, along with opportunities for group discussions and Q&A about techniques and personal experiences. You’ll also receive a recording of each week’s meditation to support your practice at home. Keeping a meditation journal for insights and reflections is encouraged but optional.

Empowered Birth Series: Prenatal Yoga & Childbirth Preparation 6 Week Course with Rosanne Shea

Join Rosanne Shea, Full-Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Yoga Instructor, for a transformative 6-week course designed to prepare your mind, body, and heart for birth. This unique series blends prenatal movement with childbirth education, equipping you with essential tools and knowledge for a confident and informed birthing experience.

Each week, you’ll spend half the class focusing on prenatal yoga and body preparation, fostering strength, flexibility, and relaxation to support your changing body. The other half will be dedicated to childbirth education, covering what to expect during labour, delivery, and early postpartum—tailored specifically for birth in our community.

Partners are invited to join for a special component, where they’ll learn hands-on assists and practical ways to provide meaningful support during early labour and birth.

You’ll also receive valuable resources and insights to guide you from pregnancy into the first postpartum weeks, ensuring you feel empowered every step of the way.

Join Christine and Gorica in this guided practice that will leave you with a sense of peace and tranquillity and pure bliss!
Relax & Restore Yoga is an experience to completely calm the mind, relax the body, and soothe the soul. It combines elements of Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga styles, Relaxation Massage, and Aromatherapy to calm the nervous system. The practice is followed by a live, soothing crystal-bowl sound-bath while in savasana. All are welcome to come half an hour early for hot soothing tea, and to relax in the lounge before the experience. Limited space available. Please note: Hot towels, scented essential oils, and hands on massage will be part of the experience.

Introducing Mudra into Practice with Steve Ferrell

Mudra is just one of many tools within the realm of the subtle sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda. In Yogic physiology, the human body is filled with channels or Nadis (literally rivers). It is within these subtle channels that Prana flows. Through practices like Mudra, Pranayama, and Asana we can begin to move Prana through the Nadis to manipulate and enhance the body-mind. Join Steve Ferrell (E-RYT200, YACEP), as he’ll be focusing this practice on learning some Mudra theory as well as a small collection of mudra that could be taught separately or collectively to enhance the practice Asana and meditation.

Asana & Mindfulness with Steve Ferrell

Often the term Asana is translated as ‘pose’ or ‘posture’ , when the term Asana has much more to do with the quality of mind that we take into the poses. That being said, just because we are moving and breathing does not mean that we are always being mindful of our movements. In this workshop, Steve Ferrell (E-RYT200, YACEP), will explore movement, breath, and meditative techniques to bring more attention and mindfulness into how the body, breath, and mind work together in practice and outside of practice. Learn to be so present on your mat so that you can carry that presence and mindfulness into the rest of your life. Into every moment, every conversation, every experience.
