De La Sol Yoga Studios VIP Memberships Terms & Conditions:

-Membership can ONLY be cancelled 30 days from written/emailed notice. Please email delasolemails@gmail.

• Memberships will not terminate without written notice, to be emailed to delasolemails@gmail.com

-First payment is due on date of purchase from the online store regardless of membership activation date.

If activation date is post-dated, you will still be charged on date of purchase for the first month as a deposit towards the contract. However, the second payment will be 30 days from date of activation, not from date of purchase.

-Membership can be cancelled ONLY by 30 days written/emailed notice

-Cancellation requests must be made 30 days prior to your next billing date, and/or will be honoured 30 days from the date of clearly written/emailed cancellation

-Prices and terms are subject to change

Online Class Reservation / Sign In:

-Online reservations close 60 minutes prior to class start time

-Online reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance

-Online reservations can be cancelled without penalty 3 hours prior to class start time

-Online reservations are valid up to 5 minutes before class start time. If you haven’t presented yourself to the front desk your space will be given to anyone waiting in studio

-Failure to cancel reservations online within the last 3hrs prior to class and/or failure to show up for your reservation will result in a No Show Charge of $10, or the loss of the pass used to book.

Benefit Policies:

-Month by month memberships can be suspended (placed on hold) up to two times per year, for up to a total of 30 days per suspension.

• Suspension requests must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance of suspension start date, emailed in to delasolemails@gmail.com

• A single bonus summer suspension is eligible between the dates of July 1 and August 31st annually.

-Monthly guest passes are part of unlimited memberships, and are to be used for non-members and students new to the studio only. Each unlimited member gets one guest pass per month which expires at the end of the month and is not eligible for buy back. Pass cannot be used by the same person more than 2x in one calendar year.
