Hot Sweat, Relax, Restore
Settle into the hot room for an hour of relaxation and restoration for the body and soul. Relieve stress and tension as the heat stimulates deep muscle release and detoxification of the body amidst a peaceful atmosphere helping to quiet the mind. Includes more movement than a yin or restorative class.
Hot Flow Intro
Learn the fundamentals of a vinyasa style practice, where movement is linked with breath to create a flowing sequence. Expect to sweat in this class geared to those new to the yoga practice. Sun Salutations and basic postures will be a main focus, shared in many different creative ways. A general level of fitness and mobility is recommended.
Hot Slow Deep Flow
Find some time to slow it down and tune in deeper with your own body and its needs in this beginner-friendly, athletic, slow, deep flow. In this heated class, you will practice through flow-style movement with an emphasis on each posture, engaging each area of the body to structure the pose to its fullest, while following the rhythm of your own deep, controlled breathing.
Hot Yin-Yang
In this dualistic yoga class, we start with an energizing sequence to build strength, and heat. The pace is invigorating, complemented by faster movements and transitions, including some more advanced postures. In the second half, we slow down with longer held postures for deeper engagement, focus, and introspection. Leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and a little bit taller than when you came in.
Yoga 8
Yoga 8 is an $8 class taught by our teacher training graduates. Taught in the yin/yang style, the first half is a more athletic flow, followed by long held passive stretches.
Hot Yoga with Weights
This hybrid class combines the flow of vinyasa yoga with the strength training of weight lifting. You will work your entire body strengthening and toning as you connect breath and movement together. The sequence is similar week to week to allow you to learn the weight sequences and become more comfortable with them. This class is great to help prevent osteoporosis. Practiced in reduced heat.
Hot Flow
Experience the profound joy a flow-style practice can bring to your body, mind, and heart! Our experienced teachers will guide you safely through creative sequences, emphasizing linking breath with movement. This class moves you through sequences at a faster pace and explores more challenging asanas such as backbends and arm balances. Flow classes contain elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara and Iyengar practices.
Hot Core Power Flow
This class is designed for health-conscious individuals who want to build core strength, overall muscle tone for long-term wellness, and mobility while torching calories at the same time. Designed for you to succeed and also challenge you, it is well paced and will heat you from the inside out.
